What is Dry Fasting?
Dry fasting is the practice of going without both food and water for a set period of time.
It’s simple, but powerful.
"Fasting is not deprivation. It is permission to heal."
A Deeper Form of Fasting
Dry fasting takes fasting a step further. Without food or water, the body is pushed to rely entirely on itself. It moves quickly through stored sugar and shifts into burning fat, allowing the body to enter a deeper healing state in less time.
From there, autophagy begins. The body starts breaking down and recycling damaged cells, working from the inside out. Because nothing external is coming in, the process becomes more direct and efficient. It is not drawn out. It is focused, intentional, and to the point.
Is it safe?
The most common concern with dry fasting is dehydration, and it’s a fair question.
While the body produces metabolic water as it burns fat, this isn’t something to approach randomly or immediately push to extremes.
In these programs, the process is structured and built up gradually so your body is prepared before entering the dry fast.
My experience
I've been dry fasting since 2018. The clarity, the healing, the way I feel. There is nothing else like it.
It is the most powerful thing I have ever used for my mind and body.
